New Rules/Suggestions:

VistaCam and the current HOA board are encouraging homeowners to use the PORTAL to submit documents including ARBs. 

The portal is located at:   https://portal.vistacamfl.com/ 

Please download directions on how to use the portal on the  Homeowner Document page.  Please review the process, then go to the portal website to post your documents.

HOA Board Meetings are held at 

7 p.m. the 2nd Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.

13th of NOVEMBER is next meeting.

All board meetings are held at the club house of Tennis Villas at 1401 Forest Hills Drive, Winter Springs.

HOORAY!  The HOA Dropbox has returned. it is located under the Free Library at the entrance to the golf path on Wedgewood Dr.   See picture in banner at top of this page.  It is a locked box which will be checked once a week by the Vice President. If you put an ARB into the drop box, please let Jane know in case she has already cleared the box.

*ARB's can be processed significantly faster when done through the portal.
